Douglas is a second-generation architect who took the reins of his family business in 2013 following the retirement of his father Albert Benchetrit. Douglas holds a degree from the prestigious Ecole Speciale d’Architecture de Paris (ESA) and has been passionate about residential architecture since a young age when the mentorship with his father began. Douglas adds to the Benchetrit legacy that has proudly built 900 private residences totalling more than 1,000,000 sq meters in 4 continents. Douglas’ international achievements span 3 continents with his most recent projects located in Panama, Morocco, Spain, Germany, France and Switzerland. Douglas designed and built Jardines del Rompío in 2006 and is proud to develop Oasis del Rompío, the second phase of this popular project.
Tiffany is a rising star in Geneva’s residential property market. She specializes in high-end real estate in Switzerland’s western region and is currently a Director at Tridex Elite SA. Tiffany holds a degree from the celebrated Architectural Association in London. In addition to building homes in Switzerland Tiffany has a flair for interior design and regularly contributes to commercial and retail projects around the world. She also designs a line of furniture.
Pieter is based in Spain and is a veteran of the European real estate market. Pieter holds a Bachelors degree from the European School of Brussels and is an award-winning entrepreneur. In 2001 Pieter co-founded Andalucian Dream Homes and served as CEO until 2008. During his tenure at ADH it grew to include 8 agencies, 120 staff and an inter-broker sales platform that is still used today. Pieter pioneered online real estate marketing and has a portfolio of 4,000+ completed transactions valued at over €900 million (CAD1.3B at publication). At present Pieter’s focus is on Spain, Switzerland and the Haute Savoie Region in eastern France which he serves via a network of independently-owned boutique agencies. Pieter manages our sales for Europe.
Ash is an e-commerce expert currently based in Dubai. Ash holds a degree from the University of Manchester and has 14 years experience in ground-up property development and real estate fund management. Ash cut his teeth during the Dubai and UAE property rise in the late 90’s and is responsible for business development in the Middle East and the broader MENA region. In addition to his role in real estate, Ash is the CEO and Founder of Habibi.ae one of the fastest growing e-commerce portals in the Middle East. Ash also sits on the Board of The Bag Solution, a global design and manufacturing company dedicated to creating eco friendly and sustainable retail and CSR solutions for the world’s biggest brands.
Mia is a marketing and communications specialist based in Toronto and an 8-year veteran of the digital marketing industry. Mia holds degrees from the Kao-Yuan University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan and the University of Calgary. She has active interests in online retail and currently serves as Marketing Manager at Think Productive Canada, a Canadian-British time management company. Mia prides herself on building brands for start-ups and businesses that she empowers to succeed online. Mia serves an international client base via her independent freelance consultancy. She is responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing program.
